Since getting a diagnosis this surgery has been amazing during my care and have been spot on in sending me to the hospital when needed, Dr Franklin has been so supportive during my illness I cannot thank her enough and the reception girls who always answer my emails and sort out any problems I come across.


Phone queues always long waits but that’s not the surgery’s fault

I am a patient of pontcae medical practice and would like to thank all the doctors and receptionists there they have been so supportive and helpful when ever I have visited the practice for an appointment.


I don't think the practice can do any better. They are doing their best .
