Can’t get passed the receptionist to get even a phone call from the docs when ya do the dictate brilliant most of them but they really do need to get new receptionist who aren’t lazy and unhelpful and are very unprofessional

Sack the receptionist and employee new ones with manners

My husband urgently needed a telephone consultation with a G P today. I was apprehensive about ringing,as it Good Friday. How wrong I was! The receptionist was so helpful,with a very relaxed personality, she showed understanding of his situation, and told me a Dr would ring within an hour. Dr Khalifa rang within the hour,and listened and advised. Thank you so much Plas Y Bryn. Pearl and Ken Evans.

Whoever is in charge of this surgery needs to really address the issues of reception which is diabolical trying to ring and no answer is totally unacceptable for a doctors surgery how long until you sort this very serious matter out

Receptionists need to change their attitudes they are first people you meet on entering surgery should speak to people like they expect to be spoken Daughter had very bad experience with them very unhelpful more interested in their social life than patients

An excellent GP surgery, providing person centred care while working under extreme pressures. I find all the receptionist’s extremely helpful , polite and friendly. All the doctors I have seen are patient and genuinely care about your concerns.
