Impliment electric prescriptions and appointments asap. Make health poster on walls more consice, no one looks at them. Reduce and condense information too much to take in.

It took nearly one month to book this appointment, receptionist answer the phone after 20 min. The appointment booked its running late and I have just received the text msg as a reminder for my appointment 19.00 the appointment was at 18.50!
