points of improvement: *suggest ( or inform ) the patient if that medication is free for him * to be sure you attend properly the patient , make sure you dedicate him enough time we all are humans , equals and don't want to be here either. * include an option to have face to face appointments in the web * some gp need a bit of humility age will give them that hopefully
