it is easy to arrange but have to wait much longer before seeing a doctor.If you are open until 8pm,why is the phone not manned?,cutting off at 6.30 means not possible to notify if running late due to tube signal failure etc.

had to wait 8 days for blood test,when really needed sooner.more funding needed Jeremy Hunt!
