ATTENTION PILOTS! DON'T ATTEND THIS SURGERY FOR YOUR MEDICAL CERTIFICATE! This review has one star because I can't put 0 stars. Nightmare to book an appointment. NO ONLINE BOOKING Switchboard staff at reception are useless and will pass you to the wrong staff to speak to, will make you wait for their mistakes and then when you speak to the same person they ask for all your details and say "I haven't spoken to you before" when spoken 5 min ago. 8 CALLS ON 8 DIFFERENT DAYS TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT. WILL THEN BOOK IT FOR A DIFFERENT DATE YOU SCHEDULED. Will arrange for callback but not do so. Will tell you there is car park when there isn't and miss your appointment even when you booked in on time before relocating your vehicle. Rude and proud staff. WAIST OF TIME, ENERGY AND MONEY. SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR YOUR FLIGHT LESSONS AND GO ELSEWERE.
