Peterloo medical centre is a professional, caring and friendly practice. Receptionists are friendly and helpful and deal with rude customers in a professional manner. Nurses have always been very friendly and professional which made having b12 injections so much easier. GP's have always been professional and caring and taken the time to explain things. Always asked if I'm happy with the outcome of the appointment. I have never been made to feel like I'm waisting their time and new symptoms taken seriously and not just put down to my fibromyalgia.
Suggested improvements
Would be easier if you didn't need to start ringing at 8am to get an appointment. That said I do usually get one, plus they have patches for non urgent medical issues and that works well.
