Service is awful, going around in circles - can't phone, use econsult, econsult said to phone... Went into the office and explained this, and was told "read the notice about walk in patients", then told to go away and phone. I've never had so much trouble getting an appointment. The care navigation team seem clueless and they showed no concern when I complained that I was being messed around and needed to be seen. Awful service, staff don't care about patients.

Lose econsult and start listening to patients, make it easier for patients to speak to staff and make appointments via telephone. Patients should not be given the run around when they are unwell and just need an appointment.
