I've been going to this health centre since a child, I am now 20. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. This is my third day in a row trying to get an appointment and I have been continuously told to call the next day. How can I call at 8.32 and there be no appointments? I have also had appointments in the past and sent samples off for tests which have been lost and I've had to go through the whole process all over again, this has happened multiple time to me and my other family members. I've had experiences were the doctors have been so rude and unprofessional. This is my first time complaining but they need to make an improvement or at least look like they're trying.

Just wanted to say Thank You to everyone at Penketh Health Centre for the care they have given me in the forty years I have been a patient. Today I was so well looked after when I told the receptionist I was having chest pains. Dr. Jackson was wonderful and I had tests straight away and throughout the whole process I was treated with such care that I feel I need to express my thanks in this way. The practice, like all surgeries around the country, are under tremendous pressure but they have never failed myself or my family . Thanks to all the Doctors and Staff. Linda Donnelly

As a family we have been with this practice for over forty years, we have never experianced any problems with it, yes sometimes it has been difficult getting through on phone for appointment but when you do get through staff are helpful, with the increased demands on medical services this can be expected,
We have always been satisfied with the treatment we have received from the variious doctors over the years whether it be at tge surgery or their referrals for other tests, we have always been treated with care, and respect by medical or support staff at the surgery

Most of the receptionist staff here are very unhelpful and at times .
I would like to say that Liz on reception is always helpful ,friendly and anything you ask her is no trouble .
On one occasion i was late 5 minutes because i got my appointment time mixed up and was not allowed to be seen i was also in a lot of pain .
My doctor i was waiting to be seen was running 40 minutes late but i was still refused my appointment.
The doctors are allowed to be late and were not ,the receptionist could have used her discretion allowed me to be seen but just refused .
I would not recommend this doctors to anyone unless the receptionist are more friendly.I appreciate some people are rude to the staff at times but not all people are like this and when your unwell it does help if you get a smile and helpful staff.
