The surgery ignored a serious health condition on a 111 appointment. Blocked needed blood test by consultant for a child. Refused to listen or communicate to the patient properly or contact consultants the patient was working with. Ignored medical evidience of a toxic building hazard that left a mother and child sick with nowhere to stay. Corrupted evidence by downplaying it to the Council, failed to consider the needs of the patient. Passed on misinformation about the patient without the patient knowing. Betrayed two patients trust, misdirected schools and health services with discriminating allegations and insinuations whilst omitting and ignoring expert opinion, leaving neurological toxicity reports out of discussions, five reports from experts and never told the patients they were doing this. Worse mis-advised the patients that they were informing all parties needed in care of a child's welfare to ignore a chronic health condition by negating it but never contacting the second medical review or top health consultant's opinion for greater understanding. Negligence, misconduct, betrayal, and worse in addressing the complaint and SAR took ages, refused to approach matters honestly, refused to advise patient of data breaches, refused to correct errors seen in notes and refused to meet or discuss to resolve. This terrible behaviour lead to a child traumatised in school, without support for a medical condition, without access to a safe environment, dropped from false data from an attempted school transfer without the patients knowing it had been created and then abused by CAMHS on the false narrative causing a child to suffer mental health issues for over a year. This on top of failing to respect GDPR, a patients rights to second medical opinion, patients rights to confidentiality, trust and good health care. A patient's rights to correct medical records and a Dr's supposed respectful, dignified conduct. A GP ignored ALL evidence given over months and brushed it under the rug whilst unknown to the patient spread disinformation and a smear campaign to discredit not only the patient but the other doctors themselves with never a thought or consideration to the impacts on a child who has lost two years of school and missed GCSE and suffered huge trauma and loss in education as well as a mother who has had to work solidy for two years to unravel all the lies and mess.

Suggested improvements
Been honest. Been accurate with data. Been professional. Been considerate and courteous. Listened to the patient. Respected patient rights and needs. Made swift corrections. Offered a meeting to resolve each data error not hidden and hung up the phone. Passed on data rectification statements received. Showed concern for a child who suffered from incredible abuses from GP misconduct. Ensured the child did not loose access to education from wrong records created by GP. Contacted the experts to make sure the GP understood the medical details OR TOLD THE PATIENTS TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE AS THEY were lying to the patients. Constantly for three long years watching the patients go downhill with greater issues caused by dishonest and unbelievable cruelty and disrespect.
