The surgery is excellent. Receptionists very helpful even when it is difficult to fit you in they do their best.
Very good and efficient check in procedure so no waiting in a queue.

Usually have excellent service here but today had an appointment cancelled without my agreement. As a result I am now having to wait on a non-appointment basis to be seen. There is also confusion about how the COS system operates with the receptionists and doctor giving different advice on referral process for eye issues than being given by Croydon optometrists.

I have been seen by Sean Carmody twice. He demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills and patient focus. He explains all he is doing and has a fabulous manner. He will make an excellent GP

Very helpful service and gp practice. Family have been with this practice for 20+ years so are seen as our family Dr's. Will not change surgeries. Excellent
