The appointments system is not great - one has to wait up to a month to get an appointment - which is not very good. This needs to be improved.

we have been attended and looked after by all the staffs in Parkside surgery. we give it an excellent rating.

the surgery is very efficiently run and the few times I have had appointments I have been seen very close to the appointment time. I have also recently had two blood tests and both have been handled quickly and painlessly.

All the staff, both medical and clerical are extremely helpful. I have never had trouble getting an appointment when needed, and have never been made to feel I am wasting anyones time.

The general surgery and staff are excellent. My only points are that often appointments can only be made far ahead, and it is almost impossible to get through by phone in the morning. Also the booking system online did not appear to include the nurses.
