Usually have excellent service here but today had an appointment cancelled without my agreement. As a result I am now having to wait on a non-appointment basis to be seen. There is also confusion about how the COS system operates with the receptionists and doctor giving different advice on referral process for eye issues than being given by Croydon optometrists.
