Dreadful. They dictate what you get, when it suits them to give it to you, no effort to pinpoint the problem.

Very friendly reception staff, exceptional nursing staff and brilliant doctors.

The experience with this GP is by far one of the worst ones we ever had. They do it all:
- Forget to forward medical documents
- Reschedule a mother with 3 kids, because she was 10 min late (twice), but you wait a minimum of 20 min, even if you have the appointment
- we had a few occasions where the actaully lied about passing on the documents
Overall, a very, very bad GP practice with absolutely no compassion to their patients. This is an honest opinion of a father of three. We are all registered with Parkshot and are dissapointed almost every time we have an encounter with them.
