I wrote an essay in here and went to send it and it wiped it clean so can’t be bothered to say anymore than Park Lane Surgery staff are rude unhelpful and disappointing they hold a great responsibility and fall short of the mark appointments are a joke being on the hone for 15-20 minutes only to told when you get through they are all gone and need to call back in the afternoon or next day only to start the same process over and over is demoralizing and heartbreaking when all you want is to see a GP

I have been trying over 7 days to get an appointment and have been unsuccessful. You cant get an appointment online either. Receptionist are rude and unhelpful. Each time I try i am on hold for over 15 minutes to then be told no available appointments and to try again the next day. This has been an issue for a long time but getting worse. When you do see a G.P they are very good but let down by the failing system and other members of their team.
