Everytime I have needed help this surgery have the most helpful amazing staff and always help to sort any problems for me. The doctors are all so lovely and understanding and the receptionists are fabulous

Absolutely disgusting surgery, where do you even begin with this place?? Absolutely no empathy or care from Michelle the receptionist fobbing you off with telephone call appointments that never seem to happen and when you call back to ask why you weren’t rung they try and turn it back on you, my wife has been misdiagnosed twice by this surgery and they just Chuck anti bitotics at her, I’ve asked many times to speak to the manager and always told she’s in a meeting and my message will be passed on and will receive a call back surprise surprise no call back. What will it take for this surgery to see there patients? For someone to die of a misdiagnosis? Standing in queues to speak to a receptionist to try and book an appointment as it takes about an hour on the phone to be told all appointments are gone? Even the pharmacy think they’re the worst surgery in the catchment area and what’s worse…it’s impossible to leave. I don’t know who will read this if anyone..but you cannot continue to run your surgery this way. It’s disgusting
