GP Business not investing in enough FTE ( Full Time Equivalents) or locums to meet appointment numbers or QOS Quality of Service GP numbers are spread over 3 Group Surgeries Poor reception Practice not introducing by name , actioning on queries . Reception staff doubling up on office and admin tasks . Meeting patient needs by employing the right clinical staff ratio from the business profits would go a long way in improving the practice performance
