Parkbury House Surgery is an efficient and friendly practice. Same day telephone appointments have significantly lowered waiting times and usually lead to a same day appointment at the surgery if required. The waiting areas are drab but clean. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The are many doctors at the surgery so you see a different person each visit - this feels a bit impersonal, and can be a bit hit and miss.
