My family all received great care from this practice. Don't have to wait for the phone to be answered. Don't have to wait too long for an appointment. Receptionists always helpful. All Drs make you feel important and all give great service. Thank you.

This surgery is well organised embracing new technology to facilitate appointments, repeat prescriptions and access to personal records. The waiting room atmosphere is always relaxed and , in my experience, never crowded. Everyone is personally invited to their consultation Reception staff are always pleasant to deal with, accessible and helpful.

Every time we came here the appointment is running late. This time by 30 minutes!! Doctors could do have visits, that would make it nicer. Have NHS but its really inefficient.
