The GPs and staff were friendly and welcoming. The general help given was most welcome and my problem was resolved quickly and efficiently. The Practice Nurse always goes to great lengths to ensure my son with special needs is accommodated and treated withs great respect and dignity. As a more general note, the Reception Staff seem to be continually interrupted by the telephones ringing in the background when they are dealing with patient queries at the front counter.

I have been a patient of this practice for over 30 years, and have always been extremely satisfied with the care and attention I have been given in every aspect of my health. My doctor is Judith Irving and I have found her to be helpful and very attentive when I have visited, I have always felt that I have been listened to, which I find very important. I like the idea of being notified by text regarding appointments.
