I usually receive great care here and have done for a number of years. In March this year I visited the doctors with a problem which needed blood tests, I was told there was something out of the ordinary but it wouldn’t be that important to follow up, so it was left. The problem has continued and symptoms have got worse, I almost feel like a burden to be doctors when I go to the appointment. Last time I was asked ‘so why do you think it is, why are you here?’ I’ve never been made to feel as embarrassed. So I left the survey still with the same, quote worryijg symptoms and yet again nothing being done about it. I have anxiety and this being left doesn’t help.

Booked appt using the my GP app which is life changing and so easy. Julia Smith us superb she really listens and understands your concerns I always try to book with her if I can. She recommended a referral to help me and the lovely receptionist team sorted a suitable slot for me while I was there so all sorted. To he honest nothing was too much trouble and this practise just gets better you can see the changes they are making are more focused on the patients and making their life easier. Keep it up x
