Absolutely disgraceful.This so called medical practice has deteriorated to levels where it no longer can be treated as a viable option. Phones are never answered. Doctors are rude, disinterested and condescending. Prescription requests are mistaken or ignored. An utter shambles and everyone involved should be ashamed of themselves.
