This surgery has gone downhill in recent months. Reception staff are rude and don't care. It's near impossible to get an appointment. I eventually got an appointment after trying for weeks and she was downright rude and unwilling to help. I broke down in tears in her office and she just had a don't care attitude. No empathy and not willing to help. I have decided to look for a caring practice in the area. They should all be disgusted with their selves. This is no way to run a GP practise.
