I have to agree with a previous post that the surgery was once a good surgery that I felt was responsive and made it easy to access. Nurses have been particularly helpful and kind. However in recent months, and since it has joined up with Aberdare Health Centre it has become impossible to book an appointment and get any help. There has been no communication about how the new systems work, it is a case of stumbling through and trying to work it out as you go. The idea that an even larger patient base can all reasonably get an appointment when the only time you can book one is in a one hour slot once a week is absolutely ridiculous! I stayed on the phone redailing for 20 minutes and when I did get through all apppointments were gone. That's when you can get through. Usually it is permanently engaged. Bad enough for busy people, dangerous for the very frail. Really disappointing for a once good surgery.
