I have never had any problems as regards making an appointment.. I appreciate that our surgeries are under a lot of pressure and that we cannot always be seen exactly when we want but the receptionists have always been polite and do their very best I recently had an appointment for a telephone conversation with my GP and this went very smoothly and took place at a very reasonable time and was not hurried in any way.

I found all the staff at the surgery that I spoke to were most pleasant and helpful. The telephone conversation with the GP was carried out in a very kind and understanding manner. The tests that proved to be necessary were very quickly ordered and arranged. Again, the staff at the Appointments Dept at the hospital. were extremely polite and professional. Altogether I found this whole experience to be faultless. I consider myself to be lucky to be having such wonderful care when the Covid-19 has made everything so difficult for the NHS. All the GPs are approachable and professional. I feel safe knowing they will give me the treatment I need. The reception staff are polite and helpful as is the practice manager especially when dealing with my mental health and occasional need for home visit or phone consult.
