Bloods tested and been told need vitamin D, instead of just being issued a prescription, I was requested to book an appointment, which I got for 3 weeks later!! There was no need to be seen at all, when I queried this to the doctor I was seeing, the answer was- it wasn't her who had requested the appointment but another doctor!! A waste of her time and mine, a waste of an appt slot and a waste of waiting two weeks when I could have started the dosage earlier! No communication between doctors?

There are some Doctors at the surgery such as Dr Bailey, who provide an appalling service, and appear to have no care for their patients. For example when this Dr called today, his advice was to take me to A&E and he refused to prescribe prescription pain killers as I have not been able to get any benefits from over the counter pain killers. He hung up on my son after my son tried to explain the position. Also various symptoms were mentioned to him, but he refused to carry out any clinical assessment, merely advising the above course of action and failing to take into account that there are potentially other / new symptoms since the accident. This is an example of a G.P. who is failing to provide an NHS service and / comply with his professional obligations. This Doctor spoke in a very rude / aggressive manner, which surprisingly was after the complaint yesterday. Therefore, it appears that if a patient makes a genuine complaint they become victims of poor service / care by the Surgery.

Extremely difficult to get an appointment, when finally i have managed to see the doctor, she was totally arrogant and ignorant. She was not listening to me at all, avoiding my questions and try to get rid of me as soon as possible. She hasn`t made a single effort to find out what is my problem and now i am going to spend Christmas in fever or end up at the hospital.

I was feeling dizzy and disorientated yesterday at work and have been suffering from these symptoms for some weeks now. After my colleagues convinced me I should visit my doctors, I booked an appointment and attended. I was in the room for only 40 seconds, ears were checked and been told 'slightly pink, could be viral' that was that! no history taken, blood test request, blood pressure check, nothing at all! Very disappointed at the care shown by the doctor, who was either new or a locum to the Practice.
