Park End surgery have been our General Practitioners for over 80 years and three generations. Throughout time they have always been incredibly supportive. Unfortunately , after experiencing the need for extra support Dr Shilpa Patel & Dr Horton have provided excellent , non-condescending , non judgemental and dedicated care. This has included many letters when other services have required more than would seem reasonable. The reception staff are all helpful and facilitate requests without failure. Would recommend this surgery for anyone .

I have always been so impressed by every person & every aspect of this wonderful practice. The admin team are kind & efficient, the medical team thorough and compassionate. I always have an on-going sense of safety & gratitude whenever I come to the surgery, or speak to the team on the phone. Thank you all for being so wonderful! You all deserve a very happy and relaxing Christmas break and a wonderful & happy New Year!

I wanted to provide feedback on Dr Stuart. Truly one of the best doctors. He actually listens to you and has such compassion. Non judgmental and always available to give advise / guidance / direction and reassurance. Each time I see him - I walk away in absolute aww as to how he handles every situation. Thank you Dr Stuart. You truly are an amazing human being.

This surgery has let me and my son down with getting our regular prescriptions in place. Very disappointed I am now having to move GPs who will simply approve repeat prescriptions on time
