The surgery is quiet. I did not see anybody in the waiting area. It is reasonably clean. The reception team is not the most friendly but they generally appear professional, with the exception of one receptionist. Appointment access okay but is difficult to see preferred GP. The GP are hit and miss. Some appear inexperienced and instructions are not always clear. Some GP can be a bit short and rush through the consultation.

I would recommend recruiting new GP.

According to the review, this GP practice is meant to be good, however, my experience has been very poor. The doctor I saw had a poor bedside manner and was very dismissive of my concerns. I was left feeling confused. I did not find the doctor very understanding or supportive.

I think doctor could have a bit more understanding and compassion.

Positives - It is generally easy to book an appointment, although you may have to wait. Negatives - Poor communication and medical advice. The doctors are a mixed bag. Some of the GPs are very blunt and impolite.

I think the GP could benefit from learning how to communicate more effectively.

I would not recommend this GP. The GP are variable. Some of them inexperienced and some are rude.

I think they need to be more organised.

I know the difficulties facing GP practices but recently my experience has been helpful and quick to react. Thank you
