HCA Maria made me feel relaxed, comfortable and was reassuring. She has a caring attitude and listens to what I had to say.

My care today was fine but the management of appointments is pretty chaotic. Reception does not seem to be properly staffed. It is a rarity to call into the surgery and not see a queue of 6 or more people.

I would like to be listened too.
Please give me medication appropriate to my needs.
The doctor should be able to help you, even if they do not know you. After all why have records.
Prescriptions are very expensive - over £8.00/item. Please prescribe the right medication.
Doctors should remember and practice the Hippocratic Oath.

Receptionists always helpful.
Doctors reassuring.
Really think you should have a water cooler in the waiting room. It gets very hot and can be delays.

Nurse Phoebe is an excellent person. 10 out of 10 for knowledge, patience and briefing.
