Recently had cosmetic surgery at pall mall medical with the amazing mr prasad- can’t recommend him enough!! Lovely hospital- friendly staff that can’t do enough for you!
Only complaints are that had a bit of a wait for my surgery but they did explain the List was running behind so at least I knew.
Ward nurses were all so lovely- night staff were very kind and accommodating however I felt that the night doctor didn’t know what he was talking about and kept saying a surgeon that I didn’t even have and he didn’t know what I was talking about when I asked any questions- only saw him the once through the whole night!
Road was very loud at night- difficult to sleep well.
Over all would recommend the hospital and the surgeon.

Would of preferred a room at the back of the hospital
