Everything at Pall Mall medical, from the staff to the facilities and the care I was given are exceptional and I can't rate them highly enough.

Suggested improvements
I honestly can't think of any area they could improve.

I went to see Dr Chun Tang a few months ago at pall mall medical centre in Manchester he is a very good friendly and approachable GP, I felt that he was caring and he listened to me and he is intelligent highly perceptive and understanding and very articulate he is gently spoken and cares about what you say, on top of this he has many years experience as a doctor I urge all people reading this to pay a visit to DR TANG should they have any medical issues, he is fully able to lead you in the right direction I have seen him many times and I believe in his abilities completely.

MY NAME IS JASON LEES, I HAVE BEEN GOING TO PALLMALL MEDICAL IN MANCHESTER CITY CENTRE FOR 10 YEARS AND I HAVE LOVED EVERY VISIT, I FIRST MET Dr Karim is a consultant psychiatrist and a senior member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists, London with an extensive experience in psychiatry of over 26 years. HE WAS AN ABSOLUTE DELIGHT TO MEET IM USUALLY VERY NERVOUS ABOUT MEETING NEW PEOPLE BUT WITH DOCTOR KARIM I FELT AT EASE RIGHT AWAY, HE SMILES A LOT WHICH MAKES YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE, HE WELCOMED ME INTO HIS OFFICE AND ASKED ME TO SIT DOWN I FELT LIKE ID KNOW HIM ALL MY LIFE, I WENT TO TALK ABOUT A MENTAL HEALTH ISSUE IVE HAD A LONG TIME, HE WAS VERY INTELLIGENT, CARING AND SEEMED TO KNOW THE ANSWER BEFORE I'D EVEN FINISHED TELLING HIM THAT IS HOW PERCEPTIVE HE IS I KNEW HE WAS THE DOCTOR FOR ME RIGHT AWAY HE WAS KEEN TO SEE ME AGAIN AND HAS AN AMAZING SENSE OF CALM ABOUT HIM I WILL DEFINITELY BE SEEING DOCTOR KARIM AGAIN VERY OFTEN EVEN TO THE POINT SHOULD HE DECIDE TO LEAVE THE CLINIC I URGE ALL THOSE READING THIS TO PAY A VISIT TO DOCTOR KARIM SHOULD THEY FEEL THEY HAVE ANY WORRIES ABOUT ANYTHING OR MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES, I GIVE HIM 20 STARS OUT OF 5 HE IS THAT GREAT AND UNDERSTANDING I KNOW HE WILL LEAD YOU IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION, I LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU AGAIN DOCTOR KARIM AND THANKYOU JASON THOMAS LEES.

I attended the Manchester clinic for a minor procedure and when I was eventually seen the staff were friendly, courteous and efficient. However, I have two complaints about an obviously affluent organisation... 1. I arrived on time for my appointment and was eventually seen over one hour late! I was given no indication that there would be a delay and when I queried this with the receptionists after 30 minutes, I was told that they were unaware of the situation. However, when I raised this with the medical staff, they stated that the receptionists had been informed!!! 2. During my long wait, I took the opportunity to relieve my boredom with a coffee from the machine in reception. As a diabetic, I am accustomed to finding sweeteners available with hot drinks in virtually any establishment.....except Pall Mall. Surely a major 'faux pas' in a medical practice!!!
