The staff are very pleasant and professional. Nothing appears to be too much trouble. They encourage you to get in touch with queries, no matter how small. Excellent.

It was an easy way to get help with an issue that other wise would take ages to solve via public healthcare.

At the moment I'm having issues with the receipt/invoice to claim a refund to my insurance policy. It would be nice if those documents include all the information needed to submit the claim easily.

All decisions that were made involved my input. Surgery was exceptionally clean, as are the hospitals.
Receptionists are extremely helpful and make it very easy to be seen if needed in clinic
