The receptionist had no empathy she is abrupt bordering on rude. She has no authority to ask the questions she does. A bad experience when I'll. The doctor would not make any commitment and never solved the problem. She promised to get back but never bothered

Suggested improvements
It would be nice to get the reviews you are due. Eg For diabetes checks etc. There is never any follow up. Just abandoned

Absolutely disgusting service from the receptionist over the phone over and over. the senior staff who retain this positions have cero clue about human compassion, I thought compassion would be one of the key strengths of any of the staff at this venue but not it seems they are just there to make sure their 8 hours finish and leave. In one of the many occasions, I arrived to reception around 10 am breaking down in abdominal pain, bending down myself to the floor, I barely could stand up , I told the receptionist how bad I was feeling and needed to see a doctor. She said "no appointment, if you want one wait until 12 when we can give you an appointment. I accepted on appointment but i told her i will made myself to the hospital. She didn't care, she didn't suggest let me call an ambulance, or being concern if i drive in that condition or if i was accompanied by someone who can help me. once at the hospital they took me under emergency (cause i made my own way to the hospital). This particular receptionist didn't inmute to the most minimum for my well being regardless in what terrible state I was. I wonder if I'm writing my feedback here, will someone do something to train and educate this staff ???

Disgusting treatment today by one of there clinicians left with no advice, treatment, suggestions basically with nothing pointless going and the lady was rude and dis respectful

Absolutely disgusted in the receptionists at the medical centre! Just came off the phone to be left in tears! Bad telephone mannor bad attitude. First spoke to someone called Jen, major mess up with my prescription being misadvised previously. To then in the end be hung up on without a goodbye either then when I call back to complain another receptionist clearly didn't care and her "apologie" was absolutely lacking compassion after explaining for me to pick up a phone and try and sort a problem out when I suffer with major anxiety and depression has made me even more worked up and distressed! For some people who differ more than me this could push them over the edge! Shocking! Absolutely disgusting and isn't the first time I've had a problem with these receptionists! So my constructive suggestions are to actually employ people who know exactly what compassion and care means as when you work in a place where people are face to face or over the phone suffering with illnesses and need help... they are SUPPORTED!

Absolutely awful receptionist, impossible to get an appointment after trying for 4 days, somebody finally answered the phone with a very disrespectful attitude and awful telephone manner.
