I called this morning as I am in lots of pain meaning agony I was told by reception to to call back after 2pm and I did they said they cannot help me that I should call back in a morning and I did that in the first place the receptionist are giving bad info and it’s not nice when your in lots of pain meaning agony they tell you to call 101 not nice they tell ti to call back and you want over two hours to then they turn you away it makes me feel the receptionist are acting like doctors and this is wrong my pain is really painful my heart rate 148 and my blood pressure is high cause the pain I am in thanks for nothing for your useless help

Suggested improvements
Stop getting reception to lie saying call after lunch at 2pm then you do they say we cannot help you even when in agony this doctors place is getting much much worse with the receptionist
