An excellent medical practice. Another positive experience. Called 25/07 24 in the afternoon re knee problem, called back by Dr K (sorry I never caught the full name) that afternoon , had a chat, appointment for 14.00 on 26/07/24, the consultation was thorough and professional and inspired confidence. I was referred to St Mary's for X ray which was done about15.00 the same day - later that day Dr K ? (apologies here) called me again with X ray results and process going forward. This is normal for this surgery in my experience and I cannot see how it could be bettered. All medical people admirable. I have been a patient here for some years and resent the negative reviews I see. The whole internet and electronic mail process should be deanonymised. Peter Thomas

I do not see how it could have been better. Reception staff were O.K. - the jewel in the crown is the medicine.
