Ridiculous system to book appointments i called in at 8am was in the que for 15 minutes to be cut off started the whole process again to be offered an appointment 3 weeks from today absouloutly absurd. All i want is an appointment to see my doctor she then told me to call back again in the morning as appointments would have opened up for friday?!?!

Dear Patient I'm so sorry you were cut off. We were aware of this problem with our telephone system and last week we installed a new, cloud-based system. This means patients no longer get cut off when they are in the queue. We release appointments each day for the next 2 days and the next 2 weeks. When these are gone, I'm afraid you do have to try again the next day. We do our best to meet the needs of our patients within the resources allocated to us.
