You do have to persevere with online bookings if you need to see a GP. I prefer online bookings to waiting in the phone queue. I have to say this GP Practice has helped me more than a few times. I know they took on a great number of new patients when other surgeries closed down. The fact that we are in a very busy city is to blame for the tight appointment booking. The GPs are so very knowledgable, primary practice work I feel is better with a group of GPs, health workers, counsellors and reception/office staff and ALL work so hard in the GP public health sector. The surgery is always clean, it's comfortable and a pleasant place to wait and all the staff are generally friendly. I was disappointed by one incident a while ago but have put that behind me.
