More than 40 mins waite time for appointment, however if you turn up late 5-10 min they will refuse to see you or make you waite longer

Dear patient, Yes, I'm afraid this is true and it can seem unfair. However, it's difficult to know how long each patient will take and a doctor usually runs late due to an emergency, or the need to make an urgent referral, or to spend extra time investigating the patient's problem that day.
