Hi I am not a patient but a Paramedic from London Ambulance Service. I would just like to say thank you to Dr Imogen Brunner for her assistance with an end of life patient from the 27th Jan. The help she gave was fantastic, myself, my crewmate and the family of the patient were all extremely appreciative of the care and the assistance she gave in addition to how quickly she was able to help even with it being close to closing time for the practice. It enabled the patient to be comfortable and the family to be supported in what was a very challenging time.

The service provided by the doctors is good; they are attentive and supportive and obviously, competent. However, trying to get in touch with them is very difficult, a real nightmare I might say: you just have to book a call back, and wait for them to call you back. Don't give a time slot, so they could call at any point in the morning or the afternoon, and it's your loss if you happen to be working, or busy in other way. To make things even worst, when they call don't give time to pick up the phone: 3 rings is the maximum they give you to pick up - if you don't make it, they just hang up and you lose your turn. This is what happened today; then, I called back, only to book a new call back - but then, I later found a missed call from the practice - even if I kept the phone next to me all the time, just to be able to pick up quickly! Very frustrating.

Suggested improvements
Please change the system to get in touch with a doctor, and set specific time-slots, so we know when to expect the call, and we can make ourselves available for it. Give it at least 6 rings, so we have enough time to pick up the phone.

Recently I have been seeing Dr Kennedy and she is the most dedicated, thoughtful, and compassionate doctor that I have met. Dr Kennedy has gone above and beyond and worked tirelessly to get me the help that I need. The support offered to me emotionally, psychologically, and medically has been exceptional. Also, the receptionists at the practice are always lovely, carefully listen to your concerns and help as best they can.

The practice has improved greatly since we first attended in 2011. Appointments are somewhat easier to get, the receptionists are far more understanding and patient and the atmosphere is relaxed. Dr Bathula has looked after me perfectly. It is a delight to see her!

Excellent GP surgery with highly competent doctors. GP's are amazing and very friendly, especially Dr. Creme, Dr. Kennedy and Dr. Watson, everyone takes their time to go over your issue thoroughly which I have really appreciated. In saying this however, I have had a certain receptionist hung up on me when trying to book an emergency appointment... In saying this however, PG is the best surgery i've been to by far. Thank you!
