My major gripe is appointments, they don't seem to want to give you one. Ringing up at 8am is fruitless and going in you are met with the refrain that there are no appointments. The doctors when you see them are fine and professional but the practice needs to sort out its management.

Make appointment easier to get, the 8am ring in is a disaster and the web page which you are directed to seems poor in getting appointments

I have had amazing support during the time I have had Covid 19 virus. Dr maybury ,practioner Sarah ,nurse Mary and Dr Green have been brilliant.

Oxted Health Centre has always been excellent but recently I have noticed that when telephoning, you often wait an excessive amount of time to speak to someone and appointments can be hard to get. I presume that this is because of the increased volume of people that they serve.

Very sorry to say that I have tried ringing the surgery on three occasions this week but just could not keep hanging on. I tried outside of the 'advised' peak times but to no avail. I always find the staff and doctors, when you do actually get an appointment, very good indeed but really the telephone answering system is being handled woefully unprofessionally and could possibly led onto very real liability exposures due to the lack of service. I would urge the management to really explore ways of better handling this the vital first channel of communication with patients.
