Almost impossible to get a same day appointment. They rarely show on the online booking system, even if you log on at the time stated for those appointments becoming available. Tried automated phone system and earliest appointment was 18 days away!

The team at OT/RR offer person centred care , and i am involved in all areas . Recently had a family bereavement at the care has been outstanding , i would not go anywhere else

I find oxford terrace a excellent GP practice,all of the staff are extremely helpful and professional especially reception staff who I feel unfortunately often get a”bad press” I have found them always extremely helpful, I currently live in low Fell so have often thought about moving practices but don’t as I don’t think we would get the same excellent service .Pleased to say on the rare occasions myself or family members have needed a GP have found them excellent.
