The receptionist was warm and welcoming. The nurse was sensitive, kind and informative. The atmosphere is calm and all staff appeared caring; this was my first visit to this surgery as I am registered at the Sandhurst branch. It is rare for me to attend and I felt quite unwell; the whole experience left me feeling better; thank you.
