I just wish your receptionists had a more welcoming persona both in person and on the phone. Why do I feel that I have just been sent to the headmistress when talking to these people.
Our sincere apologies. We have some Customer service training booked for our admin staff early in the New Year. We will make sure your comments are included.
It is a very friendly, caring practice. Every person who works there has always been extremely helpful and friendly. The receptionists are lovely, and so are all the nurses and doctors. I think it's a lovely surgery and I feel blessed that I am lucky to be a patient there.
Thank you so much for your positive feedback.
I needed to see a doctor today and I was able to make an appointment within two hours. I was seen by the doctor five minutes after my arrival at the surgery. I think this is exceptional service.
I have been with this Surgery since my daughter was born in 1988 and I have complete trust in their care for their patients. I have appointments with the Nurse and blood tests regularly & I always have a good experience. The receptionists are very friendly and will do anything they can to help you. I have always been able to get an appointment with my own Doctor and if I don't need to see him, he is always willing to phone me for a minor question or problem.
I moved house in 2000 and I am now in walking distance to the Sandhurst Surgery, even so I want to stay with the Owlsmoor Surgery because of the continuation of care with my Doctor and Nurse who know my long medical history. Thank you very much for everything they do.
Dr Boardman is one of the best GP's I have ever had. He always has time for you and includes you in the decision making of your treatment. He has phoned on a number of occasions to discuss test results and future treatment plans. I have worked in the NHS for nearly 30 years and encountered some excellent staff and some poor clinicians. Dr Boardman is among the best!
