I have been a patient with this surgery and my family for more than 20 years and can not find a word how to praise them and their dedication to their patients. As a medical person myself and worked in various places all over uk , I find this practice outstanding in all aspects. We never regretted being on their list .

You constantly hear in the press that at many other surgeries patients have real difficulty getting appointments. At Owlsmoor surgery, in my experience, they always manage to fit you in on that day if you deem it necessary for an urgent appointment. They are also very helpful if you need scheduled appointments for either the nurse or doctor. For the nurse's appointment they will offer appointments at the main Sandhurst surgery, if it is more expedient.

Unaware that this page would be available I included our assessment and thanks for the care and attention given to us throughout the 27 years we have lived in the area. Every area within the surgery is of an excellent standard, staff friendly, telephone manner excellent from all, speedy assessment when requesting appointments from anxious caller handled with care. My husband and I cannot praise you all enough. Thank you.

Phoned to get travel appointment where holiday is around 8 weeks away surgery acted like it was my fault that they had no appointments until 3 weeks before my appointment. Said I would have to go private which is disgraceful considering this is something NHS does free and it's not my fault they have not got enough space before my holiday!

Poor service surgery tried to blame me for not booking a travel appointment sooner but I have more then 8 weeks before I go away. Couldn't book me an appointment and said I would have to pay for something that should be free with the NHS
