Filled an E consult, doctor made appointment to call me, actually called over 1hr later than booked, I couldn't then take the call, appointment now has been cancelled so I have to start again, great system

Just moved to area - under current conditions the service I have received has been faultless. I used the econsult service, which resulted in timely telephone appointments. Excellent surgery’s and staff - highly recommend.

As like several others, will someone answer the phone, been ringing for 2 hours. I cannot comment on service as I have not received any. This surgery in the past has been great and I have never had an issue, something is very broken there.

As a new patient I am shocked that still after an hour of being on the phone no one has picked up. This is appalling.

Employ more staff.
