Thanks to the receptionist who late on Thursday evening 9th April decided to speak to doctor after telling me there were no slots left. Thanks to the doctor who then saw me after the time he should have finished especially when so busy and advising me to go to A & E. This may have saved my life as I had gallstones cholecystitis and required intravenous antibiotics. I am now home and recovering well.
