I have been trying to get a prescription filled since the end of December, I am now told i need to make an appointment which is very unlikely as waiting over 45 mins for the phone to be answered is totally unacceptable, and then there are no appointments anyway, my prescription is for cream that needs to be applied twice a day to stop my leg from ulcerated, they are now blacker than ever before. Cover cannot be blamed for shoddy work practise.

Everything it is a useless surgery and the staff don't appear to care either way
