I have never had any problems with this surgery have always been able to get appointments to see doctor or nurse and found them to be very helpful and the reason they run late at times is because they are not time watchers Hundred percent and take time to listen to what is actually going on with you to which I am prepared to wait as a lot of surgeries will only allow you for 10 minutes .Excellent service .

Can’t think of anything except have air fresheners in toilet.

I am new to the surgery waited about three weeks for an appointment, was told blood pressure was high and need a 24 hour at home BP check and the nurse would be in contact to arrange it. Two weeks later and one phone call by myself last week to ask how much longer I will have to wait and told to ring back early this week, I am at the moment into the 25th minute of hanging on the phone to speak to someone yet again to ask when I will be hearing from the nurse ! I also want to get some blood test results I had last week but dont hold out much hope and certainly wont be ringing again on a differnt line to wait another riduculously long time as I type this I am now up to 35 minutes holding on and shall give up soon . So will have no results and no answer as to why the nurse hasnt contacted me still after 2 weeks . very poor service

Getting an appointment is a soul destroying affair, and even having an appointment and a time is a waste. My last experience was that I arrived some 5 minutes before my appointment. The electronic check in stated there were 2 patients before me. Over an hour later and after 4 others had been invited to see the doctor, i felt angry and stressed so left and got on with other things at home. It was a medication review appointment, so managed to get another appointment for over a fortnight later with the online service. I used to like the practice, but now wish there was another one in the area.
