When having a ear-wax removing treatment on Monday 20th March the nurse prepared me for the procedure on the right ear agreed there was wax to be removed but was unable to use the machine. After trying another plug and calling a colleague in they confirmed the machine would not work. This I agree was beyond their control but I was told that I would be phoned to tell me what action would be taken in order for me to have the treatment I heard nothing so went into the surgery on Friday 24th March to find nothing was recorded so have made a new appointment. Although satisfied with the treatment received at the surgery in recent times the communication level in the surgery is poor.
