The telephone system has been improved a lot and it is easier to get through to the friendly and helpful receptionists. I have not seen a doctor face to face since the start of the pandemic but I have had several good online appointments, without any delays. I either had a prescription for medicine which quickly dealt with my problems, or hospital appointments which confirmed that the doctor's diagnoses were correct.

Almost nothing, given the limitations of their resources

Near impossible to get face to face appointment with doctor. Lengthy wait on phone, followed by interrogation by unhelpful receptionist. Unable to enter the surgery even to request a prescription, to the extent that I was asked to ring up the surgery while standing on the doorstep. Overall the standard of care received has been appalling and below any level that should be considered acceptable.

Open the surgery ,answer the phone and let people in need see a Competent Dr.

We have just moved to Seaford from the North of England. The service from the Old School Surgery team has been exemplary. Far and away superior to what we have experienced previously. We were contacted by text within days of joining for a flu jab and my prescriptions have been dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Nothing so far.

Today was my pre diabetes check and I lost 4lb in weight and everything else was fine,nurse is called Sarah,such a lovely lady and really urges you on to keep your sugar levels down through diet etc and through her advice I had reduced my sugar level count from 147 to 143 which according to Sarah is very good and that pleased me no end. Sandra,is a very caring nurse and always does her best for her patients.The phlebotomist nurse is another caring individuals and its a rarity if you felt the needle at anytime of a BT,All the Doctors are a grande group of individuals and the one that stands out for Mr is Doctor Van Wyick, a very thoughtful ,caring and listening Doctor.

I have always found the receptionists and doctors excellent. Even when under obvious pressure, they always take the time to listen, book appointments as soon as possible. They are sympathetic and very professional.
